MISSION STATEMENT

To counsel students is to care, love, and understand them. To be a great counselor one must possess these qualities. Every counselor must encourage their students to reach their highest potential.

In this site you will find information about the services i offer, important numbers, dates, and a little about your counselor. This website is here to provide information about the comprehensive school counseling program. It is also here to state my willingness to work as part of the school team to maximize the functioning of all students.

Counseling services are short-term and goal oriented. School counselors do not provide therapy, if students need therapy, outside referrals will be made to a licensed clinical therapist(such as GA HOPE.

This Year we have an amazing partnership with Georgia Hope.

There is a full time in school based therapist who can meet with the students on a regular basis, provide long term counseling services, and can meet with your child during school hours.

This is great because I no longer have to refer to another outside agency since we have Mrs. Stephanie working with us.

We have Veterans day coming up! We have a special assembly taking place and It will be this Friday at 9:30!

PLEASE INVITE VETERANS TO COME TO THIS SPECIAL EVENT!
