School Counseling Program Services

As a school counselor i help provide effective leadership, advocacy, collaboration, and consultation, with administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, students, and student's guardians.  I help students by providing individual counseling, small and  large group counseling, guidance lessons, and I am a team member of different school  teams (such as: school improvement, Response to Intervention, and crisis management). 

 

 

 

 
According to the American School Counselor Association (2016), the school counselor tasks include the following:
